Create a roadmap
Turn a sequencing conversation into one timeline the organization can decide from.
You do not need another slide deck for the programme question. In Studio, the conversation can end in a living roadmap — when initiatives land, what depends on what, and what slips if one branch moves — that business and IT share. The roadmap is a visual MCP App on the Stage, drafted with agents (and skills when you assign them).
How to get there
- Open a session and ask for a programme roadmap — or render the sample roadmap to see the shape. Optionally select an agent that already has the right skills and MCP connections.
- Review it on the Stage: timeline, dependencies, and owners in one picture.
- Steer until it matches the decision you need, then keep it as an artifact.
Bring that roadmap into the next steering meeting instead of rebuilding from slides. When context shifts, reopen and share — do not start over.
